From the first moodboard to the last cushion, everything runs through me. You approve the budget once, and I coordinate every supplier behind it.
- Concept and moodboard. Two or three directions, costed, before a single supplier is contacted.
- Full fit-out or furniture only. From joinery, lighting and marble down to a turnkey furnishing package.
- Rental-ready packages. For investors: a specification that photographs well and survives tenants.
- Snagging and developer follow-up. The defects list chased until it's actually closed.

How the design service actually works
01Do I have to buy a property to use this service?
No. Design is available on its own. Most clients arrive through a purchase, but I also work with people who already own in Dubai and simply want the interior finished.
02What does it cost?
Design is quoted as a fixed project fee against an agreed budget, before anything is ordered.
03Can it be handled remotely?
Yes. Moodboards, sourcing and approvals happen over a shared board, with photo and video updates through the fit-out.
04How long does a fit-out take?
A furniture-only package typically takes four to six weeks. A full fit-out with joinery runs eight to twelve, depending on the scope.
