A few things people usually ask
01Is the first call really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, no obligation and no follow-up sequence if you decide not to go ahead. On a purchase, my fee is the standard agency commission, paid at closing.
02Why do you take on so few clients?
Because I stay personally involved in every file, from the first call to long after the keys. That only works if the number of clients stays small. When I'm at capacity, I'll say so and give you a realistic start date.
03I don't live in Dubai. Can we still work together?
Most of my clients don't, at least at the start. Viewings on video, digital signatures, power of attorney for the closing and a bank account opened remotely where possible. You can complete the whole process before you ever land.
04What should I include in my message?
Where you live, what you're looking for and a rough budget and timeline are enough to start. If you already have a property, a floor plan or a list of links in mind, send them over too.
