No. The concierge is available on its own. Most clients arrive through a purchase, but I also work with people who already own in Dubai and simply want one person coordinating the rest.

Concierge is included for the first year for every client who buys through me, and available by subscription after that.
03How fast can the concierge respond?
Requests go to a single WhatsApp thread, answered 24/7. Routine things, a booking, a driver, a repair, are handled the same day. Anything involving a government process gets a realistic timeline instead of a promise.
04Can you rent out a property I already own?
