1. 2001Moving to Dubai

   Valerio relocates permanently from Italy and makes the city his home. Over the years he becomes a RERA certified broker, and friends and fellow entrepreneurs start asking him for the one thing the market didn't offer: honest, independent advice from someone with skin in the game.

2. 2003The first investment

   Living in Dubai, Valerio buys his first property as a private investor. No agency behind him, no shortcuts. He learns the developers, the districts and the fine print from the buyer's side of the table.

3. 2016Just Bespoke is born

   A boutique, family-run firm that represents the buyer only. It becomes the first property agency in the UAE to offer an online concierge service, because a home here is a life decision, not a transaction.

4. 2019Design & concierge in-house

   Handing over the keys was never the finish line. Interiors, furnishing and property management join the firm as a dedicated division, so clients never have to explain their brief to someone new.

5. 2022A new wave of buyers

   Dubai's Golden Visa threshold pulls in a different kind of client: families and entrepreneurs buying for residency, not just yield. Valerio becomes the advisor they call before speaking to a bank.

6. TodayOne referent, every aspect

   Owner of real estate and holiday homes, investor and advisor to a small circle of international clients. Valerio still takes every discovery call himself and follows each client from the first conversation to long after the handover.
